Whether we like it or not, kids these days are more likely to be able to play with a smartphone app than tie their shoelaces or swim. Now we at Snepo appreciate the benefits of a kids’ time waster as much as the next parent, but we believe it’s important to provide positive apps that will stimulate kids imaginations and foster creativity as well as giving them something to do on those long car trips.
Our latest iPhone app, Sticker Worlds, ticks those boxes. To play, simply select a background from four fun themed worlds, then drag, drop and position personality filled characters and objects to create a scene. Take a snapshot and the scene will be saved to an interactive storybook which can be revisited and built over time.
Best features include ‘Dessert Land’ with heaps of cakes and lollies to play with, as well as zoom-in to create a scene in close up. Characters and objects are also scalable to maintain accurate depth of field.
