Do you remember the
world without iPods?
Well, before the iPod was even a thought in Steve Jobs head, there was a little company called PortalPlayer that had a reference design for an iPod-esque MP3 player nearly complete. When Apple came calling PortalPlayer had an operating system, hardware and software ready to go and, as we know, the rest is history.
While we don’t claim to have the next iPod hiding in our offices, we do believe in the spirit of independent invention at the core of the iPod story. What’s more, at Snepo we don’t just talk about being inventive, we dedicate real time to it.
Each day, each week, each month we take time out to pursue our own in-house projects. This is all about doing what we love most – using technology in new ways to meet a human need,
solve a human problem or just have a bit of fun!
